Teen and Adult Training

In many activities and sports today, if you didn’t start playing or participating by the age of 10, it’s basically too late for you to begin. Not so with us, martial arts training is like golf or tennis in that you are never too old or inexperienced to start. We have teens, adults, parents, and seniors who start Taekwondo training with absolutely no previous experience. Our instructors will teach you with two assumptions in mind; First, that you are a true beginner and have never trained in martial arts before...

And Second, you may not be in the best shape of your life. Students train at their own comfortable pace. The benefits of Taekwondo training are increased strength, flexibility, endurance, and weight loss. We provide carefully planned training in order to develop healthy individuals. Having a positive outlet that breaks the regular cycle of school, work, and home will also help you to reduce stress, focus, and recharge your mind and body...

Our students often comment that by jumping into a class and getting your thoughts off of the daily grind for even a couple hours each week is like taking a mini-vacation! We realize that teens & adults have school, work, and family obligations. This is why we offer flexible training times throughout the week to accommodate even the busiest schedules.
